Project G.R.I.L.L. (Growing Readiness in Leading and Learning) completed its second year in Sheboygan County in May of 2009. This project is coordinated by local business executives and representatives from LTC to promote manufacturing careers to high school students and raise awareness of the skills and education required for these careers.
In the 2008-2009 school year 7 high schools were matched with 7 local manufacturing corporations to work together to build a charcoal grill that represents the high school and the sponsoring corporation.
